The hotel's staff was excellent and very amiable, making our stay enjoyable. I liked having a lounge, writing table, chair, and a bathtub in the room. The hotel's location was convenient and easy, with eating options, stores, and the outskirts of Richmond nearby. The hotel is in a good area.

It was quiet which allowed me to sleep well.

Clean bathroom, clean room.

A little bit musty room. Breakfast was poor and we had to go across the street to have breakfast to Waffel House.

Recently updated rooms with cozy beds, excellent value for the money, friendly and accommodating staff, great location that suited my needs perfectly.

The booked room was updated and newly remodelled. The staff were all helpful and excellent. The location for Richmond was comfortable, short walk to a good area as well as a large shopping complex with a supermarket.

The room I got had a cozy bed, a nice spot to chill, a desk to work at, and a comfy chair. Plus, the bathroom was big, and the bathtub was super cool! 🛁

Outside was ok but inside was very nice and comfy was better than the outside by far

acceptable motel standard. We got quite a quiet room.

stained old towels. NO breakfast at all, just coffee and cornflakes (without milk or anything else) And no one on the reception who could fix this. This was a shame, given the fact that we've chosen this motel BECAUSE it was supposed to provide breakfast.

We had a great experience at Econo Lodge! The staff was wonderful and highly accommodating. We arrived late and they offered us a coupon for a delicious Italian restaurant nearby. The location was perfect, right next to the main street but surprisingly quiet. There were plenty of stores nearby, including a shopping mall within a 3-minute walk. The room was comfortable and clean, making for a pleasant one-night stop on our journey. we were very satisfied with our stay.

Room smelled & appeared very clean. The young man who did the housekeeping in the morning (unfortunately I didn't get his name) was very helpful when I couldn't find anyone at the front desk so we could check out.
